This Privacy Policy describes how Snapped Inc, doing business as Marley (“Marley,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use the Marley website at marley.agency, the Marley web application, and related services (the “Service”).

Marley is an AI-powered deal management service for content creators. Because Marley manages a partnerships inbox and negotiates on your behalf, it processes the content of your business correspondence.

Information we collect

• Account information such as name, email address, and phone number.
• Creator profile details gathered during onboarding, including rates and deal preferences.
• Email data from the partnerships inbox you connect, including message content, headers, attachments, and metadata.
• Deal, negotiation, and payment records generated through the Service.
• Usage, device, and diagnostic data such as logs and error reports.

Google user data (Gmail) — Limited Use disclosure

If you connect a Google account, we access Gmail data using the gmail.readonly and gmail.send scopes solely to operate your partnerships inbox: reading incoming brand messages, sending pitches and replies in your threads, and showing this correspondence to you in your dashboard.

Marley's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• We only use Gmail data to provide user-facing features of the Service.
• We do not use Gmail data for advertising.
• We do not use Gmail data to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
• We do not transfer Gmail data to third parties except as necessary to provide the Service, comply with law, or with your consent.

You can revoke Marley's access to your Google account at any time in the Service settings or via your Google security settings.
