These Terms of Use are a binding agreement between you and Snapped Inc, doing business as Marley (“Marley,” “we,” “us”) governing your access to and use of the Marley website at marley.agency, the Marley web application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Marley is an AI-powered deal management service for content creators. On your behalf and subject to the rules and autonomy settings you configure, Marley may manage a partnerships email inbox, send outbound pitches, negotiate deal terms within your limits, generate invoices, and learn from your activity to personalize its behavior.
Marley is a software tool. Marley is not a talent agency, manager, employment agency, law firm, or financial advisor.
By enabling Marley, you authorize us and our automated systems to access, read, send, and reply to messages in the connected partnerships inbox and to communicate with brands in your name using a sender identity that identifies the inbox as Marley-managed.
